Hemodialysis Concentrate
How to Use: Acidic and Basic concentrates prepared for hemodialysis should be diluted in hemodialysis machines according to given amounts as follows (all ratios has been given as volume): 1 part of MPC Acidic Hemodialysis Concentrate, 1.225 part of MPC Basic Hemodialysis Concentration, 32.775 part of Purified R.O Water. Stock concentrates must be diluted before use. Diluted concentrates should be use immediately. Making changes in dilution ratios may threat patience’s health.
Warnings: Read instruction manual before use. To prevent mixing and using of residues, discard any residue at the end of dialysis. Failure to do so could result in contamination and cross- infection and could lead to an alteration in the expected performance of the product and pose a risk for the patient for which the manufacturer will assume no responsibility. Always check the composition of the ready to use hemodialysis solution. Use only clear solutions and / or those which show no discolouring. Do not use if package is damaged and cap is opened. For preparation of hemodialysis solution only Purified R.O water should be used. Do not use solutions after the expiration date. The maximum usage period is 12 hours after solutions package is opened. Get medical advice/attention if there is any unexpected effect occurs. Keep products where children can not see and reach. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water. Keep containers tightly sealed until use. To strictly respect the condition of storage. Keep at a temperature below 30°C.
