Medical Waste Sterilization

We are at your side in perfect medical waste sterilization with autoclave solutions with high engineering and quality.

The latest technology

Pre Autoclave Shredding

With our high-end engineering and quality standard Autoclave solutions, we offer impeccable support in medical waste sterilization.

Our company performs pre-autoclave shredding with the latest technology for effective medical waste management. Medical waste from hospitals, dental clinics, dialysis centers, and other health institutions cannot be sent to municipal landfills due to the risk of bacteria and viruses. Therefore, it must undergo a “sterilization process” first. After sterilization:

  • The volume of sterilized medical waste can be reduced by up to 80% (thanks to the shredder).

  • Sterilized medical waste can be disposed of in municipal landfills.

  • Most importantly, public health is protected.

Quick Facts

Medical Waste Sterilization

The technology we use is steam sterilization supported by a shredder. In other words we use autoclave technology along with a shredder. There is also incineration method. In this method, waste is burnt at around 1000°C.
Incineration method has great disadvantages:

  • Incineration is extremely dangerous for public health and environment in general due to
harmful gases released by Incinerator. Whereas, autoclave technology is completely
environment friendly as it is pure steam sterilization.
  • For same capacity, “Initial Investment Cost” for Incinerator is much higher than Autoclave technology.
  • For same capacity, “Maintenance Cost” for Incinerator is much higher than Autoclave technology.

Also, World Health Organization advises to use Environment Friendly Solutions instead of Incinerator. Neighboring countries to Iraq: Kuwait, Jordan, and other neighbor countries of Iraq are all converting from Incineration to “Environment and Public Health Friendly Solutions” such as “Steam Sterilization”.
